We offer modern accommodations and cheerfully appointed rooms that include color/cable TV with HBO, refrigerators, individually controlled heat/AC, ceramic tile bath and daily maid service. All rooms are non-smoking, for your enjoyment!

Our rooms over look the pool and/or Adirondack mountains views. All rooms have outdoor seating with over hangs for your enjoyment of the great outdoors, at any time of our season.

Rates:

  • April 5th - May 25th - $60 - $175
  • May 26th - June 30th - $90 - $185
  • July 1st - August 24th - $115 - $215
  • August 25th - September 14th - $130 - $195
  • September 16th - November 1st - $90 - $185
  • Kids Stay Free!
  • Holidays, special events and weekend rates are slightly higher.
  • Rates are on one or two persons. Each additional person is $10.00.
  • Connecting rooms are available.
  • A two-room suite is also available (Price is slightly higher than standard rooms).

Policies:

  • Check in time: 2:00 p.m.
    Check out time: 11:00 a.m.
  • Complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning.
  • Daily chambermaid services.
  • We DO NOT accept pets.
  • All rooms are SMOKE FREE.
  • Tall Pines Motel is for registered guests only.
  • Rates are based on double-occupancy.
  • When you make your reservation be sure of the number of adults and children. Your room may not be capable to sleep additional people, due to fire code regulations.
  • Cots are available. There is a $15.00 fee per night/per cot plus tax. Please make arrangements prior to arrival.

Deposits:

  • Reservations are commitments for the full period requested.
  • Deposits are security to insure that your room will be held for you.
  • One night's stay deposit is required to guarantee reservation in the form of a personal check, money order, and/or major credit card. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds.
  • The balance of your stay is due upon ARRIVAL, in the form of cash or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted.
  • Deposits are non-transferable.

Cancellations:

  • 7 day cancellation notification is required.
  • There are NO REFUNDS of deposits for any changes in plans or change of dates, when cancellation notification is given 7 days or less prior to arrival date.
  • A refund of deposit will be given less $30.00 fee, if cancellation notification is made 8 days prior to arrival date.
  • Reservations are non-transferable.
  • NO REFUNDS for early departures.
